Hospice Services

Yuma Nursing Center and La Promesa Memory Care contract with several Hospice providers in the area. Hospice services are for residents who are in need of additional comfort, care, and support when they are considered at the "end-of-life" or terminally ill.

These additional services can be provided on-site in our skilled nursing facility. If you are interested in Hospice care, please contact our Admissions Director or our Director of Social Services.
